I lie here. awake.
Thoughts wandering about my brain.
All the what ifs,
who cares,
why this,
I have to do that.
All the pain, one person can endure.
Is a sure cause for sleepless nights.
But pain, is just a memory.
Of a once happy time.
To feel pain.
Is better.
than not feeling anything at all.
